Stephen D. Kursman

I have been practicing law since 1981, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, primarily but not exclusively in commercial iitigation and trials.  I also serve as an arbitrator and mediator.  Some of the many areas of my litigation experience have  included condemnation, ERISA fringe benefits litigation, defamation, real estate,  property tax issues, labor and employment, and collections.  My arbitration practice focuses on securities matters.
