I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The communication throughout this process was poor, and I feel that a significant amount of my time was wasted. I provided important information, medical documentation, and updates about my situation throughout the process. What was especially frustr...ating was that the matter was ultimately closed due to information that had already been provided to the firm earlier. I had already communicated these details, along with supporting documentation and additional information from medical providers, yet it felt like they were not fully considered until much later. Better communication, a more thorough review of the information already available, and clearer expectations could have prevented a lot of frustration. Overall, I was left disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of communication throughout the process.
