Great Attorney!

I reached out to Mr. Franklin regarding some probate questions (regarding guardianship of a minor) and Mr. Franklin was very polite, helpful, patient. Simply the best!!

I was looking for an attorney in Southfield and found that this law firm came highly recommended. I had a situation with my brother who has become somewhat incapacitated. Attorney Franklin was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He provided advise on the best direction to take as far as guar...dianship and conservatorship with my brother’s finances. I highly recommend Michael Franklin for any Trust and Estate planing. I give him 5 Stars, however, he deserves more!

Excellent lawyer-Smart, honest, effective and caring

Mr Franklin was everything we could have hoped for in a probate lawyer. He was skilled, smart, dependable, and he cared. He was clear about the timeline, what was needed. He followed through on what he said he would do and when he would do it. He was completely up front. He matched skill with givin...g a damn. I recommend him 100%. We were very lucky to have found him.
