I have assisted a broad range of clients with intellectual property and entertainment matters, commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation and arbitration, and corporate transactional matters. 

My primary practice area is in intellectual property law, including domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, policing, licensing, and litigation, with particular emphasis on protecting clients’ brands on the Internet, including domain name portfolio strategy, acquisition, management and enforcement, social media positioning and actions under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.  I have extensive prosecution and administrative litigation experience before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
