Frank A. Simasko

My son saw this attorney for a criminal matter. Mr. Simasko took the time by phone to speak to me and answer a lot of questions by phone. We met with him in person a few days latter. He was very low pressure and I felt very comfortable with his advice and directions. Over all my son was charged w...ith some pretty serious felony charges and given the facts of his case I don't think things could have worked out any better. Mr. Simasko did a fine job, his fees were pretty reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Overall I was very happy ...... He was very easy to talk to and I was treated as if I was a friend rather than a client. He seemed genuine about his concern for helping me. I had been to about 6 other lawyers prior to speaking to him ... he took the time to speak to me by phone about my case, whic...h other attorneys really didn't do. I had creditors calling me 20 times a day, once he was retained he said to have them call him ... creditors stopped calling me pretty much overnight. Simasko's have been lawyers for a long time and I feel confident in saying that they know what they are doing. He tells you the way it is ... it may not be the answer you like but at least he is honest and tells you the truth about what to expect. I felt his fees were very fair given the amount of work/time he spend on my case. If he was not immediately available his office manager was easy to get ahold of and was often very knowledgeable and could answer my question. He was low pressure and did a good job ...... I recommend him to anyone
