This is a divorce proceeding that was initiated when the Mother chose to move across the state of Texas with the children without the Father's consent. At Temporary Orders, the Judge permitted the chil ... dren to remain in the new city with Mother. I took over the case after this hearing to represent Father. After a two-year, contested proceeding, the children were ordered to be returned to their original home wherein Father could actually see his children on a regular basis and be an active part of their life.
