Vocabulary if you are an innocent person and you have video evidence witnesses documentations to show your proof of Innocence and also can show that the other people are lying which anybody would kill for to have evidence this attorney will still make sure that you are charged with a crime you are be...tter off with the public defender who would at least with that type of evidence would take a shot at least getting the case dropped if you had a good attorney not only would it be dropped you'd probably have a lawsuit and those people would be in trouble. I have seen people with this attorney walk in on first offenses getting the same charges put against them that people have had multiple offenses done in the cases so clearly he does not help with the situation or get situations cleared up ends up costing you more money not just for him to be paid but for you to continue paying even afterwards which he doesn't address as well. And as I said you can have video evidence documented evidence witnesses everything even years worth of it and he would refuse to present this to anybody cuz he's scared to address what he's not capable of doing and he will make sure that you are charged he helps to prosecution at the end he makes plea deals that's it unless it's some type of open shut brainless simple case manner which is any attorney's dream where there's no argument whatsoever in the world he gets scared easy and that whole county knows it and that's why they love to go against him because he doesn't have the ability to defend anybody in the prosecution always gets their way and the clients always end up with the charge on them no matter how it is sent they are beyond A reasonable doubt because he put zero effort into it horrible at communication very high tempered thinks about his best interests and so the clients best interest which is opposite of what any basic attorney does so like I said you would be better off going with a public defender than this guy. He also doesn't put any work or effort into gathering information and if you're going out and finding it and spending your time and money doing it he would partially glance at it he loses paperwork he'll blame it on you you can give him copies over and over again and they'll still disappear somehow you save your time lots of money hassle stress and a charge by avoiding this person at all cost. 80% of his knowledge comes from him making phone calls to other people asking them for help and what he's supposed to do and then he still doesn't even remember that. Not to mention not only to me but I witness multiple times he will be rude to you and disrespectful and hot tempered and extremely shortsighted cuz all what he wants is for you to give him money and he's going to give you a plea which means a charge no matter how innocent you are and tons of facts and proof and evidence that you have for your side of the matter you get scared off by anything that the prosecution says and he runs with his tail between his legs and his hot temper and with your money.
