Client represented by Jennifer for divorce

Jennifer represented me in my divorce and for the 6 years my x husband continually filed numerous lawsuits against me. I am grateful that I was fortunate enough to have her represent me. Jennifer is a brilliant attorney, in regards to her knowledge of the law and her courtroom experience, but eve...n more importantly, an attorney with impeccable integrity. She was very reassuring through all of the confusing legal processes and documents, and took the time and effort to explain then to me in ways I could follow easier. In moments where I was overwhelmed and couldn't decide what action to take next, I was certain that I could simply follow her professional advice and be guided in the correct direction. Throughout the entire time she represented me she was genuinely compassionate and empathetic while assisting me and my children through many dramatic, difficult, rough moments in our lives. During times that I was physically and emotionally drained and sometimes even frightened, she was strong, reassuring, sympathetic and took complete control of the situation. I was always absolutely certain that I could put my trust in her and she would always do what was in my best interest.

A Fantastic Attorney!!!

If someone is going through a divorce, I cannot recommend anyone more strongly than Jennifer Lujan. During my divorce case, I was dissatisfied with my previous attorney and sought out Jennifer. I found her to be exemplary to my standards. What I was seeking was: First, an attorney who partnered w...ith me, informed me, and let me be a part of the process. Some attorneys try to “control” their clients because they are more concerned about their own reputations as they build report with the judges and other attorneys... Jennifer puts her clients first. She educates her client and allowed me to feel in control of the decisions. Second, an attorney who could understand complex issues. My divorce had many complicated allegations and half-truths that became twisted... Jennifer was able to see through the malarkey and get to the facts. She's extremely intelligent and can equally provide the calming affect when it is smarter to negotiate and be a bulldog-on-a-steak when it is time to put up a fight. She will also think outside the box... overall, I was very impressed with her range of tools when dealing with complex issues, including how she is able to argue those issues in front of a judge, in a way that is easy to follow. Third, an attorney who could “counsel”. Going through a divorce is an emotionally grueling process, irregardless of how strong a person you are. She makes herself available for discussions in a way that helps a person not only get through the case, but move forward in life, especially for parents who have kids to raise. Jennifer understands that getting divorced (and pretty much any family law issue) is about way more than the law... she helps her clients navigate the entire process and helps set them up for success. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She's one of a kind and I'm glad she's on my side!
