Colleen O'Connor Worden

As a prosecutor that was supposed to protect me from the ppl that assaulted me, this attorney decided to charge ME with assault as well as the woman who assaulted me. Four days after my attacker got off probation she and her husband attempted to run down another set of neighbors. As far as a townsh...ip prosecutor, I think she is incompetent and am considering filing a complaint with the attorney grievance commission. Even the Chesterfield Police Department told me she dropped the ball when handling my case. That speaks volumes. She did nothing to help me and only put me in more of harms ways with my attacker. She was rude on the phone and did nothing to inform me of what was happening. She and Judge Hackel in Chesterfield must have some sort of deal going as to who gets prosecuted and who doesn't. She's lazy and doesn't take the time to read the pertinent information in the file. Guess what, Colleen, not ever case is black and white. Take the time to do your job properly and maybe you wouldn't consistently see the same people showing up on court.
