Civil Litigation

My wife and I retained attorney Traci L. Richards services to assist in civil litigation against a loan creditor seeking payments from our daughter for a student loan. We appreciated Traci’s hard work and attention to detail in reviewing the plaintiff’s documents that were submitted in finding tha...t they couldn’t prove in court that it loaned the money to our daughter. The creditor tried to persuade the judge to rule in their favor but at each attempt, Traci was more than prepared which led to a dismissal of the case against our daughter.
