Mr. Vitale was a very helpful and engaged attorney. He spent many years as a prosecutor, and fully understands both sides of the law. He helped us understand my husband's case better, and was very efficient at finding a solution for him in court. He clearly explained our options, was very knowledgabl...e, and affordable. He has a genuine care about your case and the implications that come with criminal records. My husband's misdemeanor assault and battery case was dismissed.

Steve never ever ever answers his phone or returns your messages for days. Once he got my money, which was a lot higher fee than other lawyers I met with, he stopped caring about me as a client. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I felt like he was siding with the prosecutor and never really did a ...single thing to help me. The biggest regret I have in my entire case is hiring Steve. A court appointed attorney would have yielded that same results, possibly even better, than what Steve did for me. He told me how great an attorney he was and how he was so well connected with the county, and then never did a thing to help me. Nearly $20,000 down the drain and my life ruined. Absolutely would not recommend this attorney for anything.

Steve Vitale did the absolute minimum for my case. He asked for more money during the trial. He refused to tell me the results of my case. Just because a lawyers fake friendly, doesn't mean they should be hired. I consulted with many attorney's that told me the truth about my case and offered a w...ay better deal at a much cheaper price. One would be better with a court appointed attorney then this guy. He was late, unprofessional, and seemed to be on the prosecutors side, not mine. He thinks like a prosecutor and is only in it for the money. I overheard this lawyer insulting me, and he showed an inappropriate video to me while in court. He did not do his job, but got paid. I was extremely disappointed with this lawyer, and I would Never hire this person again!
