Not respectful, unethical, unprofessional.
If a friend were to ask me how I felt about Mrs. Shoka, I would say that I wish I had gone with a different law firm. "Call me with any questions" she says, and yet she never returned my calls, and when I did receive a call back it was someone else at the firm. She told me I wouldn't receive much...

Replied last January 03, 2019Our law firm worked diligently in successfully obtaining Social Security Benefits for you in a relatively short period of time. The amount of back pay is processed by a payment center and there is no way to know the actual benefit and back pay amounts until the notice of award is issued to the client and attorney. Therefore, we would not have commented on your potential back pay award. As for the attorney fee, that is regulated by the federal government. We have no control over the attorney fee award. Our office has represented Social Security claimants throughout Michigan for years in an ethical and professional manner.
