My experience with bankruptcy lawyer

I met Marshall Schultz in February 2012, and he was very outgoing, kind, and a humorous person. He made my bankruptcy feel at ease because I was scared to file at first. If you are feeling the same way, talk to him; and he will make you feel confident through your process of filing. Marshall explain...ed everything that I needed to do and know. Excellent lawyer is all I have to say.

Highest Regard

I went to Marshall Schultz on the recommendation of a friend. Marshall made a horrible situation better than bearable and made me feel like everything was going to be alright (it is). No one wants a bankruptcy, but if that's where you find yourself, I can't think of anyone better to see. Marshall h...as remained a source of support. He has helped me when I've had other questions beyond the scope of my bankruptcy. He always gets back with me in a tmely manner. The people who work in the office are knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to be of assisstance. It's good to have "people." I recommend him to all of my friends who are struggling financially.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
