Louis Szura

Louis is a health care and business law attorney focusing on counseling and litigation services for businesses, particularly those in the health care sector.  Mr. Szura has extensive experience as a health care attorney includes advising clients regarding complex health care regulations, including Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other regulations governing the business of health care.  He has experience handling complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts in Michigan, primarily Metropolitan Detroit, including Oakland County, Wayne County and Macomb County, as well as numerous other states, and administrative matters, such as physician and health care professional licensing disputes.  As a health care attorney, Louis also represents whistleblowers with knowledge of fraud and abuse by others under the federal False Claims Act, the Michigan Medicaid False Claims Act and other similar statutes.
