My son has been disabled since he was 11 years old. His doctors are shocked and disgusted that he was denied disability. This attorney has told me that we had plenty of information for my son to get disability! How was he denied disability then? His case worker from our car insurance also has spo...ke on my son’s case, saying he definitely should be getting disability based on all his issues, physical and mental. She has told me several times that my son is far worse than other of her clients who receive disability, and his pain doctor has also stated that! So, instead of helping us, once it was denied, even though it could be appealed, he sent a letter in the mail, even though I have called his office numerous times with no answer and no reply back! A letter to my son, who is very unstable, in the mail! This man cares nothing for his clients, I don’t ever remember him even calling me, his mom, his guardian, to ask what would be important to know about my son and his deficiencies! We originally had a different attorney in this office but then the other attorney had a conflict of interest and handed my son’s case over to Don Busta! What a huge, huge disappointment!!! If you are thinking of hiring this attorney, my advice would be, if you want someone who cares and does a good job, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
