So I was charged with 3rd degree retail fraud for something that was a clear and obvious mistake, so much so that I was content with handling the case with the court appointed lawyer they had assigned to me who clearly didn’t have my best interest in mind. She took me from possibly having this charge placed on my permanent record and facing some form of probation, to getting the case thrown out all together.
