So I was charged with 3rd degree retail fraud for something that was a clear and obvious mistake, so much so that I was content with handling the case with the court appointed lawyer they had assigned to me who clearly didn’t have my best interest in mind. When I was arrested and charged with a DUI I thought my life was over. I'm not being dramatic. I really did. I was so scared.
