Arti was really very well prepared in preparing my trust. She was organized and knowledgeable and kept me focused on making difficult choices. Arti understood the complexities of not only the legal side of the trust, but the emotional side of deciding the distribution of assets after I pass away. I w...ould not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family or friends.

Arti did an excellent job when I needed my Deed changed so that incase of my death, my brother would be able to take over my property without any problem at all. This was called a Ladybird Deed. Arti researched and explained the Ladybird deed in a manner that I fully understood. This was EXACTLY what... I wanted and I appreciated very much her research on it.

Ms. Shah did absolutely nothing to help us. She was supposed to set up an EIN and other simple things to help execute a will and trust. Her follow up was poor. After more than 2 weeks she still had not done anything. When asked questions she did not have solid answers. If she said she would ask other... attorneys in the practice and get back with us she did not. She charged us despite never helping us, advising us, or following up. She seemed to be inexperienced and uneducated in the simplest matters regarding estate law. I recommend you save your money and Google your answers instead. It would be more helpful. Extremely disappointed. Fired her.
