I hope you take the time to read this review. It will be worth your while. The entire staff at Thav, Ryke, & Associates is to be commended. I was going through a very difficult & heart breaking experience when I first entered their office. My husband & I were greeted by their receptionist Rachel wh...o immediately set us at ease. Rachel remained professional yet helpful, friendly, & compassionate throughout our entire case. During our consultation with Andrew Thav we immediately felt our heaviness lift. He answered all our questions without hesitation & honesty. His knowledge of the law & confidence made our decision easy. We hired him on the spot. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He remained professional throughout our entire case, yet in every aspect was kind and compassionate. He kept us briefed on every step and walked me through my parts. Mr. Thav was patient with me, calming me when I became apprehensive. We needed a bull dog for a lawyer and that’s just what we got. A bull dog in law and litigation, yet a kind and understanding lawyer to us. A perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. He never promised an outcome (that’s impossible) however he fought hard for us. “WE WON” I would also like to mention Dawn Santamarina, one of the associate lawyers, who helped with our case. She was very gracious with me, yet again handled all the matters of our case professionally. Dawn’s assistant Brianna was the same. I was kept briefed on every step either by phone, email, or text.
