Elsayed Mostafa

I do not know where to begin! I came to the US recently. I had no one but God. I hired Elsayed Mostafa about 3 years ago to represent me in my divorce case. From my initial phone conversation, I felt confident Elsayed Mostafa would come through for me. He took such good care of me and my 2 kids. Walk... me through every step without making me go nuts. I truly cannot thank him enough for all his work and effort he has put into my divorce case and Citizenship. He was my attorney twice and in both, he did his best to reduce the legal fees to help us. We really appreciate how quickly he got everything wrapped up for us!! He has been amazing. My family and I thank you so much for all you did. I would not have managed this without your guidance. I am grateful that I picked the right lawyer in such a bad situation. You are an outstanding lawyer. I remember how you always called back or responded to emails very quickly. It was always a pleasure to talk to you. You are very knowledgeable, confident and reassuring when you were explaining how the legal process would work. Sayed Mostafa failed in every way as a lawyer, first it is hard to schedule any meeting with him. Second, he is not professional when information client or helping client with the process. I was not informed of the interview, which he had received the letter two weeks before. I was only told after th...e two weeks. He also made a lot of mistake in the application. When I told him about the mistake, his respond was that "I was in his office and it was my responsibility to confirm the spelling and other correction". My husband and I spend three hours in his office correcting same mistake over and over. We kept telling him that he made spelling mistake or DOB and many others. When he printed the final one, there were still mistakes and the signatures where in the wrong place of the application. I understand that the name and DOB could have been preventative by us, but signature is simply not something that the client would know where to sign. Also, the medical requirement had change by the USCIS since our application, and he failed to inform us and update us with new changes and request for new medical record. This whole issues cause us to delay our process and not receive the approval for greencard in the interview. I am still waiting on my greencard and it is delayed. I wish I never paid him so much money and did this on my own. I didnt even receive as much as an apology when I informed him about his mistake, he instead yelled at me and told me that it was my responsibility. I will not recommend him to any of my friends.
