Felony Drug Possession
Jul 17, 2017OUTCOME: Client given treatment in lieu of conviction
I was recently retained to assist a client who had been charged with two counts of felony drug possession. Through communication with the prosecuting attorney and with the consent of the judge, I was ... able to obtain treatment in lieu of conviction for my client. Provided that my client complies with all of the terms of treatment during the period of supervision that was designated by the court, he will have no criminal conviction for these charges once his term of supervision is complete.
