I identify and bring these issues to my clients' attention so they can be protected from the consequences of not being properly informed. When protection of these rights requires litigation, I am an experienced and, if necessary aggressive advocate.

Business people make money when deals get done. Deals only get done when attorneys are willing to recognize the urgency of documenting the transaction.
