My goal is to help couples have a peaceful divorce. Families should not be in court fighting against one another, particularly when there are children involved. Most divorces, 95% or more, do not go to trial; they settle. But, they usually do not settle until the attorneys have battled for months, belittling the other spouse in an attempt to "win" for their client.
My philosophy is that couples should start out in settlement discussions, keeping things civil between them and making decisions for themselves as to what is best for their children and how to fairly divide their property and debt. I am proud to say that I have been very successful in helping couples do just that.
