Kay E. Malaney

My name is Chuck and Kay handled my divorce. The divorce was very stressful because my former wife’s attorney was not honest about what to expect in a settlement. Kay did a great job at keeping the process rolling, giving me some very good advice along the way as to how to handle situations (non-lega...l), and was very honest as to what to expect (what to fight for and what to let go). After going through the process I think she got me a great settlement and represented me well. Kay was very good at keeping the costs down and letting me know what the options were in regards to ways to mediate the divorce. She also showed me when and how to deal with the Friend of the Court on my own, and when I should have an attorney present to represent me. I found Kay to be very fair during the process and very easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone with family legal issues.
