Gary Eisenberg

My family and I hired Mr. Eisenberg to represent us in the wrongful death of my father. he told us he would get us a substantial sum of money as he handled cases like this all the time. As it turned out, we only received a few thousand dollars after his 40% was taken, and he made us pay a distant, ...estranged, relative-in-law out of our pocket when she came out of the woodwork months later wanting a piece of the settlement. As we had already spent the money to pay off our student loans it was a financial strain on us to have to come up with this money. When we questioned Gary on this he became very obnoxious and pretentious. I would not hire Gary ever again and feel like we were promised something he didn't come close to delivering. There are far better attorneys out there who truly care about their clients as people and not merely opportunities to make money from.
