Charissa Potts

I had talked to a couple lawyers before going to see Mrs. Potts. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best I could for what I was able to afford. She told me that she would be able to get money back that was already taken from my check. She also said I would be able to get my license back. I didn'...t even know that was possible. The other lawyers didn't mention that to me. I went with her based on what she could do for me and I felt she knew what she was talking about. Not even 3 weeks later I had a check for all the money that was taken for my garnishment for the past 3 months ($1,430.67) and I got a letter from the State of Michigan telling me I was able to go to the Secretary of State and get my license reinstated. Best week ever! I had no idea that this was possible but I filed for bankruptcy and made money...lol At least that is what it felt like. If I would have known how easy and pain free this process was I would have done it a long time ago before I got in over my head. Thanks for everything!!!!
