A case in which my client's plea agreement was made partially based upon the implicit availability of an expungement being available upon successful completion of probation. In between sentencing and ... hiring me, his offense became ineligible for expungement due to an amendment to the expungement statute. Because my client's case was no longer eligible for the expungement, I filed in court on constitutional grounds.
