For years I've made every attempt to sharpen my skills as a debt collector. By sharing ideas and concepts in my seminars, classroom and through books I've read and written, I've learned a ton, made many contacts and have obtained tremendous feedback, which I incorporate into my day-to-day credit and collection practice.
Some people say lawyers "practice" law but they never really get good at it! There's truth in that because a lawyer who thinks he or she knows everything, will not learn more, and will wither on the vine. Fortunately for our clients, our lawyers continue to grow, learn and use the latest and greatest in technology, techniques and court rules to gain the best foothold we can.
If my Legal Guides and Answers to Questions are of any assistance, gee, that's great. I would certainly enjoy hearing from you as to any credit and especially collection problem you are encountering from companys or people who owe you or your company money! Whether you are in Michigan, some other state, or even another country, we have contacts and a world wide network of collection experts. Although I have retired, our firm continues to do professional collection work 248-645-2440 [email protected]
