Paul A. Sarnacki

For over thirty-five years Paul A. Sarnacki, P.C. has successfully guided clients in all aspects of Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, Real Estate and General Civil Litigation.
As an experienced trial attorney; Sarnacki utilizes dissolution/settlement agreements when beneficial, eliminating the litigation before a judge.
Sarnacki’s legal path started at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School, where he graduated in 1979. He then earned a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1983. In the year 1988 he was awarded a Juris Doctorate degree from Michigan State Law School (formerly known as Detroit College of Law) before practicing law. Sarnacki is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. 
Invaluable insight to the judicial mindset was obtained while Sarnacki has served as a Judicial Clerk in Oakland County Circuit Court to the Honorable Richard D. Kuhn from 1986 to 1988. He then worked as an associate attorney at Colombo & Colombo, P.C. until becoming the sole practitioner in 1991.  
Sarnacki has experience throughout Southeastern Michigan; including Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Genesee, Lapeer and Washtenaw Counties.

Sarnacki is not only a highly experienced attorney; he is also a certified mediator. Sarnacki acquired his training in this area from internationally acclaimed mediator, lawyer and author, Forrest S. Mosten.
Well grounded and an active member of his community; Sarnacki resides in Northville with his wife and four children.
