Over the past decade I've practiced food and regulatory law (Morsel Law), served as General Counsel for a beverage-tech company and a contract manufacturer, and led USDA-funded R&D. I hold an LLM in Agriculture & Food Law. That attorney-plus-operator mix shapes how I work: practical compliance that fits how brands actually build.

I founded two ventures to make that expertise accessible earlier:

- Startup Food Biz — compliance infrastructure (attorney-built templates, enforcement intelligence, and the Compliance Vault subscription) for emerging brands not ready for enterprise consulting fees.
- US Imports — flat-fee FDA compliance for importers and exporters (U.S. Agent, Prior Notice, FSVP).
