Tavi Law is hands down the best civil litigation attorney in Oakland county and the entire State of Michigan as far as I’m concerned. After accepting a new job offer, my ex-employer vindictively and frivolously filed suit against me in Oakland County Circuit Court for an alleged breach of my employme...nt contract, particularly regarding the non-competition and non-solicitation provisions in the contract, and for conversion, claiming damages of approximately $400,000. Unfortunately for my ex-employer, I immediately hired Tavi Law and Attorney Matthew Tavi to advocate on my behalf and defend my reputation and wallet against the breach of non-competition and non-solicitation claims , and Matthew Tavi did just that, ultimately obtaining a DISMISSAL of All Claims WITH PREJUDICE. Most people in this situation would’ve caved to the pressures of litigation, especially when being sued by a national company with substantial resources, but Matthew Tavi never even so much as flinched. The advocacy, sharpness, and skillful litigation tactics employed by Attorney Matthew Tavi immediately put my mind at ease and immediately made my ex-employer and opposing counsel regret their decision to “bluff” by bringing a baseless case and terrible allegations against a reputable, hardworking ex-employee (myself), during a pandemic nonetheless.
