Kevin took on my child support case and treated it as so much more! I had initially filed a child support review as there were a change in circumstances and I believed the opposing party was underemployed by his father. It somehow turned into an evidentiary hearing and I retained Kevin. He jumped in ...with both feet, filed the appropriate documentation, subpoenas, and knew exactly what to request. Kevin was professional, knew the laws, and put the work in. The opposing party was found to be underemployed and a new child support order was entered. Kevin not only advocated for myself but more importantly he advocated for my daughter!

Any court situations are never easy and takes a toll on our emotions. I went through two custody battles and wasn't represented properly. I needed an objection and fast!
