Longtime Detroit-area attorney Kevin M. Ball practices in the city of Birmingham, Michigan, focusing on the fields of elder law, probate, estate planning and administration, real estate, small business matters, bankruptcy, and insolvency law.

While Kevin is well-known in the legal community for his expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency law, he is especially keen to use the legal skills he has honed for more than three decades to help seniors and their families negotiate their way through the increasingly complex legal, financial, and emotional challenges facing the elderly. Kevin personally experienced these challenges in his own family and knows first-hand the difficulties other families face in such situations.  He came to appreciate the advantages his legal skills afforded him in addressing those challenges, and now uses those skills and his personal experience to help others in similar situations.
