I got myself a DUI in one of the worst spots in Oakland county to get one. (Not that you ever want to get one anywhere!) I was in a horrible position and I was stressing, so I asked my peers who the best attorney would be for the job and Dov’s name came up everytime. I am very thankful it did!! If y...ou’re lucky enough to have Dov as your attorney, you will see that not only is he well known in the courts, but takes the case head on as if you were a family member. He truly cares and takes it serious! He told me to trust him, which is easier said than done when your in a situation that can affect your life and career dramatically!! However, I did and also noticed that he strives for the best results and in which my case was unbelievably great and more than I ever imagined! He is very prompt with answering questions and excellent with getting back with you... which is not like most attorneys. That is something I really appreciated. He is straight forward and doesn’t Bullsh**t. I give my props and much respect to him! The bottom line is in my opinion and many others, is that Dov is the best in the business hands down. If anyone I know and care about asks me who to call if they are in need of an attorney, my answer is simply Dov Lustig!

I used him on exactly one case, and he did relatively well. However, his behavior generally seemed erratic; manic, even. I often heard him swearing loudly while waiting to meet with him. While I was out to lunch one day, one of his colleagues working in his office let it slip that he was a recover...ing cocaine addict as well as an alcoholic.
