Over the years I have represented hundreds of privately owned businesses and their owners. As General Counsel to my business clients, I provide a full range of legal services, including entity formation, structural documentation, transactions and contracts of all kinds, acquisitions, etc.

Earlier in my career I was heavily involved in commercial litigation, and I still handle selective cases. I have successfully litigated numerous contract, international trade, insurance, tax, bankruptcy, non-compete, and business divorce cases, to name just a few.

I have been involved with commercial real estate transactions throughout the course of my career. My clients have included purchasers, sellers and commercial lenders.
