OUTCOME: Probate closed in under 5 months; negotiated successful settlement with bankruptcy trustee; and recovered/accounted for all missing assets.

Probate case where one beneficiary was going through bankruptcy and another was stealing assets from the estate. I represented the Estate on behalf of the Personal Representative.
