A young woman living with her mother was being charged with possession of a controlled substance after her mother called the police on her. The officer used improper tactics by using the mother as an ... agent of the state to make her look through the daughter's possession and give him the drugs since he did not have a warrant. I filed a motion to suppress the evidence, and after a hearing, before the Judge ruled on the motion, the prosecution realized they had no realistic chance to win against me, so they dismissed the case.
