I paid in full for a divorce to someone in jail, she promised it would be easy and done in two months with money leftover. Needless to say 1 year and 2 months later she ended up dropping ME a few days before court. With having done nothing other than the initial filing my bill was sent and she used a...ll the money plus extra (she graciously waved) without even completely the job! Worst experience, waste of money, she didn’t do anything she said she would, never returned calls, rude just to say the least. You can look up my court case to prove what I’m saying is true if you have doubt. (My next attorney got what she couldn’t done in a month)

Ms. Descantis is unresponsive to her clients once she has received payment for services. In fact, over two months passed between when my divorce was finalized and when she had even began the necessary paperwork to divide the financial assets. Should you choose her as your attorney please note that sh...e is factually tenacious against her opponents. This also applies to clients once she is paid and you're requesting her to complete her duties. She just might be great for you as an attorney at trial, but do not make the mistake of paying in advance.

I have worked with several attorneys and have found Christine and her associates to be very helpful and responsive. I am involved in an extremely challenging custody case, including multiple petitions yearly (which has been ongoing for nearly ten years). Christine has been vital in representing my ...family and I and in connecting us to other service providers (such as counselors, parenting coordinators, mediators, etc.) Her office contacts me regularly and monitors our services and interventions. She and her team have been wonderful!!!

Horrible! She is by the far a poor excuse for a family attorney! She (nor her paralegal) would ever respond to email, phone calls, or any correspondence without having to be contacted multiple times. However, they would charge you for every single email sent even if they did not respond to the fir...st ones. She would call me the morning of a court hearing to let me know if we were still going to have it. She was never available either! Always on vacation, home, not working, etc. She misinformed me and multiple occasions and when it would bite me in the bottom, she said that I knew about it and would never take responsibility for her poor actions. She was extremely rude to not only me, but my parents. She would drag out cases and issues then just tell you to settle in the end. She is money motivated only and will never pay her another dime. My divorce ended up costing over $10k between her and paying out of pocket for 2 custody evaluations. Don't hire her!
