We filed suit against seller, obtained a temporary restraining order against seller to delay the eviction, obtained sanctions against seller for improper conduct during the litigation, and settled case, putting buyer back into property and a new contract to purchase property outright.

Some of the other property ow ... ners failed to perform on the original oral agreement between all the owners. I was retained and drafted the agreement for operation, maintenance and cost distribution, and sent demand letters to the breaching owners. All parties signed the agreement and performed their obligations under the agreement including paying all past due amounts.
