N/AOUTCOME: Currently, about 1500 cases are still ongoing and have yet to settle or reach judgement. however, of those that have actually do proceeded to trial, my win rate is approximately 75%.

Prior to taking a position as an associate with Stearns Roberts and Guttentag, I had over 7 years experience in working for general Contractors throughout the State, including Coastal Construction, The Weitz Company, ABC and DiPompeo.
