Client was a CDL driver and was pulled over for a traffic offense. The officer smelled marijuana and ultimately charged him for drug possession, DUI and several other violations. I reviewed the evi ... dence against my client and had to take up with the court and prosecutor as to how my clients rights were violated. Ultimately, the State capitulated and dismissed of all charges except for a careless driving ticket. We had the points for the careless driving also removed shortly thereafter.
