Client waited for over 3 years after her marriage based adjustment of status interview. We filed a mandamus law suit against USCIS. Within 60 days, USCIS rescheduled client for another interview. We ac ... companied the client at the interview and prepared all the necessary materials and evidence. We successfully argued that client was eligible for adjustment of status. The client was issued a green card 7 days after the follow up interview.
