This action concerned the parental responsibilities for A.V., Jr. Mother appealed the district court’s order redu ... cing her parenting time. Her action followed a dependency and neglect case from ten years prior. Primarily, Mother argued that the district court erred by refusing to apply Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57 (2000), and accord her its presumption in determining paternal grandparents’ motion to modify.
