Misinformed me prior to filing, that I would be able to pay off early. I had a good job months before filing, at the time I filed, I had no job and for several months I only had minimum income. When asked about selling my vehicle and paying off early, was told I had too much income to allow an early ...payoff. Nearing the end of my 5 years I lost work, notified the attorney and was told that I would have to continue to be responsible for my payment....with no income! I couldn't pay, was offered a partnership in a business if I could do the work, still no income, my case was being dismissed due to failure to pay. The assistants and phone receptionist are very short with you, treat you like a pest. We pay you through the bankruptcy to represent us! You work for the people and treat us like garbage. I was given no options other than paying what I don't have. After I researched my situation online, found that there were a few options that could have helped me. Don't use this firm unless you are filing a ch 7.
