Patrick Allen Duff

I would encourage anyone that is looking to hire Patrick to please carefully read the negative/low reviews and take heed of them. If I could give him a ZERO STARS I would. We hired Patrick on THREE separate cases for our son. There was concrete material evidence that proved our son innocent. Yet... Patrick did nothing with the evidence only thing he did was ran up a bill. We got another attorney and are pleased to say today that attorney got that case dismissed. If you are looking for a great attorney that delivers RESULTS contact Justin Camper Law, LLC. The other case had a favor resolution also which Patrick failed to get accomplished. Justin Camper Law, LLC got all of this done without trial, way cheaper than Patrick, with a payment plan and RESULTS. We have hired another law firm for the last case and are expecting the same outcome. Don’t get caught up in the charisma. If you are looking for a criminal attorney that produces RESULTS, at a way cheaper price do yourself a favor and contact Justin Camper Law, LLC. Our perception is that Patrick could have easily won these cases and had them closed. Yet he kept prolonging the cases to run up the cost. If you are reading this review my comment to you is: RUN! RUN! RUN! Do not fall for the TRAP!!!!!

Where do I start with this shyster. I wish zero stars was a option. A blank checkbook was handed to Pat Duff and cascading failure was all we saw. From never achieving any goals he claimed were doable. Very few poorly worded motions in support of our custody issue. He managed talk us out of joint ...custody which was where we were when we came to him. Yep, he talked us into handing the custody over on the premise that it would come back at next hearing. Negative, that did not happen, the other side was prepping for days. Not Duff he chats us up in the lobby before the hearing. Doodles instead of taking notes and bills top dollar for his time and his paralegal's as well and don't know if any of them are qualified from what I have seen. Just one guys opinion. Good luck to all involved.

I came to this office when my 3 yr old son and I were in a very vulnerable position. Mr. Duff did nothing but make the situation worse and perpetuate the trauma. He was dishonest about laws regarding my rights to my own mental health records and decisions being made about my case. Instead of prepa...ring me for trial, he spent the entire time verbally abusing me into an agreement I was not comfortable with. He continually tried to convince me I was suicidal, although I was not nor had I ever had a history as such (I also had long standing health and mental health care providers to vouch for this) He pressed that he would be worried about losing the sole custody I had, if he were me. He rolled his eyes and referred to a r*pe I’d suffered to as ‘some old sh*t.’ He called me stupid for reaching out to other resources for help. Not only was the behavior shameful and unprofessional, it was in the same conversation in which he continued to press the ‘suicidal dal’ theory. This led me to believe he either did not truly believe me to be suicidal or was intentionally trying to push someone over the edge, one. I’m really not sure which is worse. None the less-he bullied me into an agreement I didn’t want in august 2019- I retained a new lawyer shortly thereafter. Less than one year later with her, I’m happy to say I not only kept sole custody but we are completely away from our abuser, my son is safe and my husband was able to officially adopt him. A very happy ending but certainly no thanks to this man. Mr. Duff is a man of little conscious and a big price tag, run far far away! (I tried multiple times to discuss these issues with him personally before writing this to which he refused)
