OUTCOME: Verdict in favor of my client

My client, a Congolese refugee, entered into a contract with another Congolese refugee to purchase a car. The seller breached the contract (written in Swahili) and I successfully rescinded the contract ... . Following a bench trial in Fayette District Court, Lexington, Kentucky, a verdict was returned in my client's favor restoring money he had already paid to the seller.
