i hired him to do one job, get a court date for contempt that the other party had already admitted they were guilty of. Over a year he lied to me saying the case was on the judges desk under a stack of cases and after months of telling me to be patient and dont bother the court house and let my chil...dren go he says to file a lazy judge order on the judge. I felt uncomfortable with that so i went to the courthouse and asked myself, against his guidance, they said that they had no idea that the case was not already closed. The attorney had not filed anything and no cases were on the judges desk. He refuses to respond to calls or emails or letters and if you come by he is always in with a client, even if his car and your car are the only one in the parking lot. His secretary is rude without missing an opportunity, and his continued billing statements reflect only invoices for work he hasn't really completed, while inflating the time spent reading a message that he will not respond to.
