Land and title work
Mike is very professional, intelligent, responsive and skilled. He has handled several complicated issues and transactions for me successfully. Fees have always seemed more than fair for the work completed. Highly recommended.

poor communication
Mr. Carmin does not keep us informed. He will not answer phone messages or emails and does not let us know anything about our case. The only communication we received from him in a timely manner was our bill.
