I never saw a guy so eager to turn his coat -- to completely sympathize and give credence to the opponents. When I hired him to investigate slanderous statements and other misbehavior by several people, he said "I believe you." Maybe he was just lying at that time, I don't know. But he believed ev...erybody he questioned on the other side IMPLICITLY. Every time he questioned some miscreant who had behaved maliciously toward me, he found them absolutely believable. They would say, "We didn't do nuttin', we're as pure as the driven snow," and he would report, going on and on about how believable they were, how truthful, etc. And when he questioned a DOCTOR! His awe and reverence for the upstanding, dignified and respectable "DOCTOR" X was absolutely nauseating. In short, he immediately gave far more credence to all the denials that anything happened, than to me -- even in the presence of hard, physical evidence. In addition, he was insulting and mocking, and he LOVES to give his clients orders. I don't know if he's a good lawyer or not. Just be sure he's really on your side, and will STAY on your side, when you hire him.
