From the moment we met with Kitty until the outcome of our case - which ended favorably for us - she was honest, sincere, thorough, and fully versed in this area of the law! Title IX litigation is complex, uncertain, varies depending upon the college or university, and is generally not a "law" that ...favors "the accused" in any way. Kitty was definitely the one to hire during this difficult time. She is the best, unquestionably!

Competent, Responsive, and Got the Job Done

Katharine was very responsive from day one. She gave the case the urgency that it required. We also appreciative her being clear and direct about the implications of any decisions we had to make. Bottom line: We achieved the outcome we were looking for.

Top Notch Attorney

Kitty Liell is a true Counselor. She tenaciously dug into the complicated facts and dissected analogies to find the true facts in my husband's case. While preparing for the case Kitty ate, slept and breathed it. I don't believe we would have gotten the results we did without this kind of commitment.... She was kind from the first moment I spoke with her and supported our family throughout the entire process. Her staff is as equally wonderful and we are forever indebted to these people for their kindness and commitment to justice.
